Shark Tank is back with season 15, and we are back with details about each pitch, deals, and Sharks.

We gave our take on episode 19, and episode 20 last week. This is our take for episode 21 pitches and deals.

Season 15, episode 21 was telecast on ABC on Friday, April 19, at 8 pm.

The Sharks in Episode 21 are Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran, Kevin O’Leary, and Guest Shark Michael Rubin.

Roboburger Entrepreneurs: Dan Braido, Audley Wilson, and Andy Siegel

Initial Ask: $1.5 million for a stake of 5%.

Offer: Michael gave the first offer of $1.5 Million as a loan at a market interest rate for a 10% stake and Mr. Wonderful joined him in two Shark offers.

Counteroffer: Robo Team gave the counteroffer to Michael and Kevin for 8%.

They accepted the final offer with both sharks coming together with 9% stake.

Hood Hat

HOOD is a customizable luxury headwear brand using premium fabrics and materials from cashmere to gabardine. They are using a data-driven marketing model to acquire new customers. HOOD is best known for the elevated quality of its hats, exceptional customer service, and delivery speed.

Hood Hat Entrepreneur: Max Nelson.

Initial Ask: $500,000 for a stake of 5%.

Results: No Offer from any of the Sharks. Good Luck Hood Hat.

The Hype Entrepreneurs: Marc Herzberger and Cheng Kue.

Initial Ask: $125,000 for a stake of 5%.

Offers: Barbara’s offer is $62,500 + $62,500 as a line of credit for a 25% stake.

Counteroffer: Hood Hat gave a counter of $350,000 for a 25%.

They finally agreed to $100,000 + $250,000 as a line of credit for a stake of 25%.

K3 Shooting Band

K3 Shooting Band is the only resistance shooting band for protecting shooting fingers while shooting a basketball. It was founded in 2009 and have utility patent.

Mark went up to try the product and tried his basketball skills.

K3 Entrepreneur: Nicky Young.

Initial Ask: $100,000 for a stake of 20%.

Offers: Lori and Michael gave an offer of $100,00 for a 50% stake as a shark deal.

Counteroffer: Nicky Young of K3 gave a counter of $100,000 for a 40%.

They finally agreed to $100,000 for a stake of 40%.
