Saurabh Netravalkar is an Indian-born American cricketer, born on 16 October 1991 in Mumbai, India. He is a left-arm medium-fast bowler, who started his cricket journey from India’s under-19 team. On 22 December 2013, he debut for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy (India’s prestige domestic competition).
In January 2018, he was selected in the United States National Cricket Team and there is no looking back after that. Later in the same year, he was appointed as the captain of the United States team for the Regional Super 50 tournament in the West Indies and the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Oman.
Additionally, he captained the USA team for their T20 debut against UAE in February 2019. He is the first bowler from the USA to take 5 wicket hauls in a T20 match, against Singapore in 2022.
Saurabh Netravalkar is Part of the USA Team in the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup.
He is ranked 20th position in the ICC ODI bowling rankings with 586 ratings. His career-best rating was 597 vs Nepal at Harare 2023.
