Candace Cameron Bure, a former child star, actress, author, and advocate is in the news after expressing her feelings about Nickelodeon actor Drake’s revelation of being sexually abused as a minor by convicted Nickelodeon Dialogue coach, Brian Peck on the docuseries Quiet on Set.
Candace said in this morning’s episode of, “The View”, that the episode containing Drake’s comments had a severe impact on her and broke her from the inside. It disturbed her inner peace; it was horrific and disgusting.
She added that it was very brave on the part of Drake to share his story but her heart breaks for him.
Candace worked with, “The View”, as a co-host between 2015 and 2016 and she attended the interview session on Friday to promote her new movie, “Unsung Hero”. She also added that she and her friends and colleagues never faced such a horrific experience in her career, however, they are many who faced and her heart cried for them.
