The defending Champions, England have announced their 15-member squad with no reserve players.

England won the first T20 World Cup in 2010 by defeating Australia in West Indies. They won the second title in Australia by beating Pakistan in the finals in 2022.

Jos Buttler (c), Moeen Ali(vc), Jonathan Bairstow, Sam Curran, Ben Duckett, Will Jacks, Chris Jordan, Jofra Archer. Liam Livingstone, Harry Brook, Adil Rashid, Phil Salt, Tom Hartley, Reece Topley, Mark Wood.
Reserve Members: No Reserve Players.
Jofra Archer and Chris Jordan have been included in England’s squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. The notable omission is Chris Woakes and Jamie Overton. They were not considered due to injury worries.
“All teams are allowed to make changes to their squad till 25 May without getting any approval from anybody, after that they need to get approval from ICC’s event technical committee to make any changes.”
Players to Watch in this World Cup from England:
- Jofra Archer, if he can play the entire World Cup then he will be the Bowler to watch.
- Will Jacks showed his class in IPL this season and he can be a very destructive batsman.
- Harry Brook, is a classic batsman.
- Sam Curran, an all-rounder can play his part this time too as last time he was the player of the match in their title win.
