Every one of us wants to live longer.

A simple trick that anyone can follow without any cost, is “Use Stairs”.

According to new research, serial stair-climbing could help you live longer. However, many of us, are not very active in our daily lives and this inactivity isn’t a conscious choice.

Gym or running can be tricky when your work and family obligations take all your time. However, there are activities that you can include in your day-to-day life. And taking the stairs is one of them.

If you have the choice of taking the stairs or the lift, go for the stairs as it will help your heart, and reduce the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.

Gold Rains from the Sky

Have you heard about gold rain?

It sounds like fantasy, however, it’s true in Antarctica, gold rains from the sky. Mount Erebus is the southernmost active volcano on Earth that pumps out gas, and steam along with volcanic bombs.

Scientists were surprised to see tiny crystals of gold along with the burst of gas. As per the latest estimate, Mount Erebus spews around 80 grams of gold each day which is worth around $6000.

Physicist Melvin Vopson, of the University of Portsmouth, has published a paper confirming this theory and offered scientific evidence known as the simulation hypothesis. Are You Living in a Simulation?

He emphasized the fact that the entire universe is part of advanced virtual reality illusions. This concept is gaining traction in scientific circles and many top brains like Elon Musk is well well-known fans of the theory.

Hugs trees and break a Guinness World Record

A new world record of most trees hugged in an hour has been set by a man from Ghana in Alabama. Abubakar Tahiru, 29, while doing his master’s degree in forestry at Auburn University attempted to set a new world record and hugged 1,123 trees at Tuskegee National Forest and become the Guinness World Record holder.

World Record in Balancing running Lawnmower

Can you balance your running lawnmower?

David Rush from Idaho tries it differently, he tried to balance it on his chin to break a record previously set by Ashrita Furman of 7 minutes, 2 seconds.

He successfully balanced the running lawn mower on his chin for 9 minutes, and 2 seconds to set a new Guinness world record.

Most Pub Visited in 24 hours

Davi Clarkson from Australia breaks a Guinness World Record by visiting 120 pubs to order drinks in 24 hours. The previous record of 99 visits was held by Harry Kooros and Jake Loiterton from Australia.

A 69-year-old David has started his attempt with a drink at the Captain Cook Hotel in Sydney followed by 119 more bars-order a drink, pay for it, and drink at least 125ml in the next 24 hours to break the record. David consumed 20 liters of liquid in 24 hours, mostly soft drinks, and juices.

A Clara Chizoba Kronborg from Nigeria broke a world record for the longest interviewing marathon after hosting 90 people over 55 hours, and 24 seconds. This record was previously held by Rob Oliver, who had a time of 37 hours, and 44 minutes in 2022.
