He is a right-handed wicketkeeper batman and made his T20 debut on 7 April 2024 for the United States National Cricket Team. He has started his International T20 International career with two back-to-back half-centuries.
He is part of Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Washington Freedom, and other clubs.
Andries Gous is part of the USA Team in the 2024 ICC T20 Cricket World Cup. Gous moved to America in 2021 with an MLC contract after 60 first-class caps in South Africa. His exploits in the Minor League and various other competitive pop-up T20 tournaments in America arguably established him as one of the best T20 batters in the country.
